Magazine Street was a full refurbishment of a listed heritage building overlooking the historic Derry Walls, transformed into modern student accommodation while preserving its original character. The entire structure was stripped back and rebuilt with new services, upgraded fabric, and durable finishes, all carried out with sensitivity to its protected status. The project delivered 40 high‑quality rooms along with refreshed communal areas, creating a safe, modern living environment within one of Derry’s most important heritage streets.
